Job Summary
The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) has announced 11 vacancies for Medical Officers, Specialists, Gynaecologists, Nursing Assistants, and Pharmacists in Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities
- Medical Officers/Specialists: Diagnose and treat patients, supervise clinical operations, and ensure adherence to ECHS protocols.
- Gynaecologists: Provide specialized care for female patients, conduct examinations, and manage obstetric cases.
- Nursing Assistants: Assist doctors in patient care, administer medications, and maintain medical records.
- Pharmacists: Dispense prescribed drugs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Officers/Specialists: MBBS/MD/MS in relevant specialties from a recognized institution.
- Nursing Assistants: GNM or B.Sc Nursing certification.
- Pharmacists: B.Pharm or D.Pharm degree.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, maximum 60 years (as of 01-01-2025).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in government healthcare schemes or military medical services.
- Additional certifications like PGDM in Hospital Management (for administrative roles).
- Proficiency in local languages (Marathi/Hindi) for patient interaction.
