Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles (engineering, product, data science, etc.)
- Source and engage passive candidates through innovative channels (GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities)
- Conduct technical screenings in collaboration with hiring managers to assess candidate competencies
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and maintain data integrity
- Build relationships with tech universities, coding bootcamps, and professional networks
- Optimize employer branding through tech-focused recruitment marketing initiatives
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to improve hiring processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Proven track record of hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, or cloud computing roles
- Deep understanding of tech stacks, programming languages, and engineering roles
- Experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative sourcing tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, AIRS)
- Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth tech companies
- Familiarity with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) hiring practices
- Knowledge of Indian tech talent market and compensation trends
