Key Responsibilities

• Health Assistant:
  • Perform ECG/TMT/ICU/Dialysis/Pulmonary Function Tests under supervision
  • Assist in medical laboratory procedures
  • Maintain patient records and equipment
  • Provide basic patient care support in hospital settings
• Medical Social Worker:
  • Offer psychosocial support to cancer patients and families
  • Coordinate with medical teams for patient welfare programs
  • Conduct counseling sessions and community outreach
  • Maintain case documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

• Health Assistant:
  • 12th Standard pass (Science stream)
  • Certificate Course (3-6 months) in ECG/TMT/ICU/Dialysis/Pulmonary Function Test OR Medical Lab Technology
  • 1 year hospital experience
  • Maximum age: 30 years
• Medical Social Worker:
  • Post Graduate Degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • 1 year experience in hospital social work
  • Maximum age: 30 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification in relevant medical procedures (for Health Assistant)

Salary and Benefits

Health Assistant: ₹21,200/month
Medical Social Worker: ₹25,000/month
