Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field surveys and visit communities to collect primary data from research participants.
  • Administer questionnaires and assessment tools accurately and ethically.
  • Ensure the secure and confidential handling of all patient and caregiver information.
  • Perform systematic data entry into research databases with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the research team to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Assist in community outreach and awareness programs related to the research project.
  • Maintain clear and detailed records of all field activities and report progress regularly.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM), General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), B.Sc in Nursing, or a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
  • The candidate’s age must not exceed 40 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse communities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated field areas in and around Bangalore.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in field data collection, community-based surveys, or clinical research projects.
  • Fluency in the local language, Kannada, is highly desirable for effective communication with participants.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office for data entry and reporting.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 20,000 per month. While this is a contractual position, the benefits extend beyond the monetary compensation.
