Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate courses within the relevant discipline.

Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in a relevant or allied subject from a recognized Indian or accredited foreign university.
- Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or CSIR, or a similar test like SLET/SET.
- The upper age limit for applicants is 60 years as of the application’s closing date.
- Exemption: Candidates holding a Ph.D. degree awarded in compliance with UGC Regulations (2009 or 2016 and subsequent amendments) are exempt from the NET/SLET/SET requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Ph.D. from a reputed university in a relevant agricultural or technological field.
- A strong record of research publications in peer-reviewed national or international journals.
- Prior teaching or research experience at the university or college level.
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants and lead academic projects.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level-10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, with an entry pay of Rs. 57,700/- per month. In addition to the base salary, employees are entitled to several benefits, including: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance (TA), Medical Benefits, Pension Scheme contributions as per government norms, and opportunities for professional development and academic conferences.
