Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation for individuals with hearing impairments.
• Perform speech and language assessments for patients with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans.
• Counsel patients and their families on communication strategies and assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate the community on hearing health and speech development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP).
• Minimum Age: 21 Years.
• Maximum Age: 37 Years.
• Age relaxation will be provided as per the organization’s norms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an Audiologist or Speech Language Pathologist.
• Familiarity with diagnostic audiology equipment and speech therapy techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary & Benefits
