Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering departments, including P-Way, Track, and Rolling Stock, to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize system reliability and passenger safety.
• Oversee project management for new installations, upgrades, and system integrations within the metro network.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with national and international railway safety standards and regulations.

Salary and Benefits

MMMOCL offers a competitive IDA pay scale along with other allowances and benefits as per corporation rules. The post-wise salary structure is as follows:

Director: Rs. 1,80,000 – 3,20,000/- per month
Deputy General Manager: Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000/- per month
Manager: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/- per month
Assistant Manager: Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- per month

Note: Other benefits include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and medical benefits as per PSU norms.
