Key Responsibilities
For Project Nurse-II:
- Collect and manage patient data accurately for the hospital-based cancer registry.
- Coordinate effectively with patients, families, and the medical team to ensure smooth information flow.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all patient records and project data.
- Assist the radiotherapy department’s principal investigator in various project-related activities.
- Adhere to all established research protocols and clinical guidelines.
For Data Entry Operator:
- Enter large volumes of patient and clinical data into the registry database with exceptional accuracy.
- Perform regular quality checks to verify data integrity and completeness.
- Generate and compile reports from the database as requested by the project team.

Required Qualifications
- Project Nurse-II: Must hold a B.Sc Nursing degree or a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution.
- Data Entry Operator: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 30 years as of the interview date.
- Age relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government of India norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a hospital setting, research project, or a similar medical environment.
- For the Data Entry Operator role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) is highly desirable.
- A good typing speed with a high degree of accuracy for the DEO position.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a fixed consolidated monthly salary. As these are project-based contractual roles, other allowances may not be included.
Project Nurse-II: ₹ 29,200/- per month.
Data Entry Operator: ₹ 24,000/- per month.
