Key Responsibilities
- Production Assistant/Senior Production Assistant:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
- Assist in batch processing, packaging, and labeling of products.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain product standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Boiler Operator:
- Operate and maintain industrial boilers efficiently and safely.
- Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, and water levels to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on boiler systems.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols related to boiler operations.
- Manage steam generation and distribution for plant utilities.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Candidates must possess an ITI, D. Pharm, or B.Sc degree from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: The applicant’s age must be between 21 and 40 years.
- Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms:
- OBC Candidates: 3 Years
- SC/ST/PwD Candidates: 5 Years
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
- For Boiler Operator post: A valid IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) Certified Boiler Operator certificate.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and quality control processes.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a competitive monthly salary based on their role and experience.
- Salary Range: Rs. 17,190/- to Rs. 22,287/- per month.
- Additional Benefits: As an employee of a central PSU, you will be entitled to other benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee’s State Insurance (ESI), and other allowances as per company policy.
