Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct medical care to patients in wards, outpatient departments, and emergency services under the supervision of senior medical staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, examination results, and treatment plans.
- Assist in conducting medical procedures and performing diagnostic tests as required.
- Participate actively in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and academic sessions to continuously enhance medical knowledge.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate life-saving care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including nurses and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Educate patients and their families about diseases, treatments, and preventive healthcare measures.
Required Qualifications
- An MBBS degree from a university recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) / Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Completion of a compulsory one-year rotating internship.
- The candidate’s age must not exceed 30 years as of the interview date. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India norms.
- Valid registration with the NMC or any State Medical Council.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Prior experience or exposure in a multi-specialty hospital setting.
- Familiarity with hospital management information systems (HMIS) for electronic record-keeping.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC.
Starting Basic Pay: ₹56,100 per month
Allowances: In addition to the basic pay, candidates will receive a Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) and other standard allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per government rules.
Total Estimated Salary: Approximately ₹60,000+ per month.
