Key Responsibilities
- Dealer (Stock Broking): Execute trades on behalf of clients, monitor stock market trends, provide clients with market insights, and ensure all transactions comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Back Office Staff: Manage the settlement and clearing of trades, handle Depository Participant (DP) operations, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age as of May 1, 2024.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in dealing is mandatory for the Dealer post. For the Back Office Staff post, at least one year of experience as DP Staff is required.
- Certification: A valid NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) or NCFM (NSE’s Certification in Financial Markets) qualification is mandatory for the Dealer position.
Preferred Qualifications
- For the Back Office Staff position, holding an NISM or NCFM qualification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Salary and Benefits
Indbank offers a competitive Cost to Company (CTC) package based on the role and experience.
Dealer (Stock Broking): ₹3.00 Lakhs – ₹4.80 Lakhs per annum.
Back Office Staff: ₹2.40 Lakhs – ₹3.00 Lakhs per annum.
Additional benefits will be provided as per the company’s policies.
