Key Responsibilities
- Project Management Executive (PME): Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring. Coordinate with various stakeholders, manage project timelines, prepare detailed reports, and ensure all project objectives are met within the stipulated framework.

Required Qualifications

- Agriculture Marketing Specialist (AMS): A Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management/Business Administration (MBA/PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing/Agri Marketing/Agri Business, or a Post Graduate degree in Agri Marketing/Agri-business Management. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture marketing or agribusiness.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 45 years as of April 1, 2024.

- Prior experience working on World Bank-assisted projects or similar large-scale rural development programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits
The remuneration is competitive and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The post-wise monthly salary is as follows:
– Project Management Executive (PME): ₹40,000 – ₹49,000 per month
– Agriculture Marketing Specialist (AMS): ₹25,500 – ₹35,000 per month
Note: The positions are offered on a contractual basis, initially for a period of one year.
