Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project execution activities within the shipyard, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including design, production, and quality assurance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and technical records.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to stringent quality standards and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
- A minimum of two years of post-qualification work experience in a Shipyard, Port, Marine Engineering Training Institute, or a Heavy Engineering Company.
- The upper age limit for applicants is 30 years as of 19 June 2024.
- Age relaxation for candidates from SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, or related marine projects.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of quality control and assurance processes in an industrial engineering environment.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Salary and Benefits
CSL offers a competitive consolidated monthly salary package on a progressive scale for the contract period.
- First Year: ₹ 47,000/- per month
- Second Year: ₹ 48,500/- per month
- Third Year: ₹ 50,000/- per month
- Additional Compensation: An extra ₹ 4,000/- per month is provided as compensation for extra hours of work.
