Key Responsibilities
- Support faculty and staff in the design, development, and delivery of MOOCs and other online digital learning initiatives.
- Manage and administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, including course setup, user management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Handle video recording, editing, and post-production of academic lectures and course content to ensure high-quality output.
- Coordinate and provide technical support for live virtual classroom sessions using tools like Zoom, MS Teams, or Webex.
- Assist in managing course content, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate data related to online programs.
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving technical queries from students and faculty involved in digital courses.
Required Qualifications
- A Post-Graduate Degree in M.Com, MBA, MCA, or M.Sc (IT) from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an academic institution or an Ed-Tech company.
- Age must be between 21 and 45 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems like Moodle, Coursera, or edX.
- Proficiency in video editing software and virtual classroom technologies (Zoom, MS Teams).
- Strong command over the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 21,958/- to Rs. 42,789/-. The compensation package is structured according to the norms of IIM Bangalore and includes standard benefits as applicable to contractual employees of the institute.
