Key Responsibilities

• Electrician: Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in compliance with safety standards.
• Cook: Prepare hygienic and timely meals according to specified menus and maintain kitchen inventory and cleanliness.
• OT Technologist: Prepare and maintain operation theatres, sterilize equipment, and assist the surgical team during procedures.
• Food Bearer: Serve food and beverages to patients or staff, ensuring a high standard of service and hygiene.
• Patient Care Manager (PCM): Coordinate all aspects of patient care, manage administrative duties on the floor, and act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff.
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations, operate ambulance equipment, and safely transport patients.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
  • Electrician: Must have an ITI Certificate in the Electrical trade.
  • Cook / Food Bearer: Must have passed the 10th standard (Matriculation).
  • OT Technologist: Must hold a B.Sc or Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology.
  • EMT Technician: Must have a Diploma in Emergency Medical Technology or equivalent paramedical certification.
  • Patient Care Manager (PCM): Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Any Degree), with preference for B.Sc in a relevant field like Nursing or Hospital Administration.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as of the closing date. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a similar role, particularly within a hospital, PSU, or government organization.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures relevant to the post.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, dynamic environment.

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will be offered a competitive monthly salary based on the post and their qualifications. Salary Range: ₹20,930 to ₹40,710 per month.
