Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior research staff in conducting experiments related to the project on neonatal sepsis.
- Perform molecular diagnostic tests and other laboratory procedures as per established protocols.
- Collect, process, and accurately label biological samples for analysis.
- Maintain meticulous records of all experiments, procedures, and results.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Manage inventory of lab supplies and reagents required for the project.

Required Qualifications
- Option 1: A 12th-grade pass in Science stream combined with a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (MLT/DMLT) and five years of relevant work experience.
- Option 2: A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in any Life Science discipline.
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience in a molecular biology or diagnostics laboratory.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 20,000/-. In addition to the fixed pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per prevailing ICMR norms.
