Key Responsibilities

• Faculty (Disciplines: Social Work, Political Science, Anthropology/Sociology, Economics, History, Geography, Law, Education, Language, Computer Science)
  – Deliver lectures and mentor students in specialized subjects.
  – Contribute to curriculum development and academic research.
  – Participate in departmental meetings and training programs.
• Research Assistant
  – Assist faculty in research projects and data collection.
  – Prepare reports and maintain research documentation.
  – Support academic publications and presentations.
• Librarian
  – Manage library resources and digital databases.
  – Assist users in accessing books/journals and maintain records.
  – Oversee cataloging and inventory management.
• Office Assistant
  – Handle administrative tasks, correspondence, and filing.
  – Maintain digital records using computer applications.
  – Support day-to-day office operations.

Required Qualifications

• Faculty
  – Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D.
  – Maximum age: 45 years (as of 01.01.2024; relaxation per govt. norms).
• Research Assistant
  – Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  – Maximum age: 40 years.
• Librarian
  – Master of Library & Information Science (MLISc) with computer proficiency.
  – Maximum age: 40 years.
• Office Assistant
  – Graduate with a Diploma in Computer Application.
  – Maximum age: 35 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching/research experience (Faculty/Research Assistant).
• Typing speed and office software skills (Office Assistant).
• Familiarity with library management systems (Librarian).

Salary and Benefits

– Faculty: ₹30,000/month
– Research Assistant: ₹25,000/month
– Librarian: ₹20,000/month
– Office Assistant: ₹15,000/month
