Key Responsibilities
- Execute cell culture procedures, including cell line maintenance and primary cell isolation.
- Perform standard molecular biology techniques such as PCR, DNA/RNA isolation, and Western blotting.
- Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of clinical samples according to research protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all experiments, procedures, and results in a lab notebook.
- Analyze experimental data and assist senior researchers in preparing reports and presentations.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and quality control standards within the laboratory.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: M.Sc in Life Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Zoology, or Biochemistry with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of documented research experience in cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age.

- Prior research experience in the field of oncology or cancer biology.
- Hands-on experience with techniques related to circulating tumor cells (CTCs).
