Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants into clinical trials.
- Collect, manage, and process study-related data accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor participant progress and document any adverse events or protocol deviations.
- Maintain trial documentation, including case report forms (CRFs) and source documents.
- Liaise with investigators, research staff, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduation, M.Pharm, or M.Sc degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.

- Prior experience as a Trial Coordinator or in a related research role.
- Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
