Key Responsibilities
- Nurse ‘A’: Provide specialized nursing care to patients enrolled in the clinical trial, administer study-specific medications, monitor patient vitals, and meticulously document clinical data according to protocol.
- Nurse ‘A’: Ensure patient safety and adherence to study guidelines, assisting with patient education regarding the trial.
- Research Assistant: Coordinate with the clinical team to manage study-related administrative tasks and documentation.
- Research Assistant: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, perform data entry, and assist in preparing reports for the research project.
- Research Assistant: Facilitate patient scheduling and follow-ups, ensuring smooth operational flow of the clinical study.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse ‘A’:
- General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) plus a Diploma in Oncology Nursing with 2 years of clinical experience in a 50-bedded hospital.
- OR Basic or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with 2 years of clinical experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital.
- Research Assistant: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Any Graduate) from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for all applicants is 30 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Research Assistant: Candidates with prior experience in clinical research, data management, or a hospital setting will be given preference.
- Nurse ‘A’: Experience working in an oncology department or participating in clinical trials is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
This is a contractual, project-based role with a consolidated monthly salary. The position does not include other allowances like DA, HRA, or transport allowance.
Nurse ‘A’: ₹ 23,200/- per month.
Research Assistant: ₹ 25,000/- per month.
