Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality IT professionals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical competency assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Optimize candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular pipeline reports
- Stay updated on emerging IT talent trends and competitive hiring landscapes

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven track record of hiring for roles like software developers, cloud engineers, and data scientists
- Strong understanding of technical terminologies and skill sets

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, AIRS)
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML, cybersecurity, or blockchain positions
