Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in Outpatient (OPD), Inpatient (IPD), and emergency departments.
- Supervise and guide Junior Residents, interns, and other medical staff on duty.
- Perform and assist in complex medical and surgical procedures specific to your specialty.
- Maintain detailed and accurate electronic and physical patient records in compliance with hospital standards.
- Actively participate in academic activities, including case presentations, seminars, and continuous medical education (CME) sessions.
- Uphold all hospital protocols, ethical guidelines, and quality standards for patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient management and optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- A recognized MBBS degree from an institution approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- A Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or a PG Diploma in the concerned specialty (Paediatrics, Anesthesia, Obs & Gynae, Orthopedics).
- Must possess a valid and current registration certificate from the Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
- The candidate’s age must not exceed 45 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Salary and Benefits
Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary package as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) guidelines. The position falls under Pay Matrix Level 11, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700. In addition to the base salary, you will be entitled to other admissible allowances, such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA), as per government rules.
