Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and development for the UAV-based bridge inspection project.
- Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms for data analysis.
- Program and test solutions using Python and/or MATLAB.
- Assist in the operation of drones/UAVs for data collection.
- Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and research publications.
- Collaborate with the Principal Investigator and other team members to meet project milestones.
- Analyze sensor data to build and maintain digital twin models of infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- A B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- An M.E./M.Tech. degree in a relevant specialization.
- A valid and qualifying GATE score is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience with drones or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
- Strong foundational knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB.
Salary and Benefits
The selected Senior Research Fellow will receive a consolidated monthly stipend along with other institutional benefits.
