Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of public health projects to ensure they meet established goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders within the Department of Health & Family Welfare and other government agencies to facilitate seamless project implementation.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, data analysis, and presentations for review by senior officials.
- Oversee data collection and analysis to track program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert guidance and support to team members, ensuring all activities align with public health best practices.
- Assist in budget management and resource allocation for assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
- A Post Graduate degree in Public Health, Community Health, Preventive & Social Medicine, Management, Social Work, Sociology, Nutrition, or Economics.
- Alternatively, an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Health Care Administration.
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in the Public Health Programme or healthcare system field.
- Minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 45 years as of the application closing date. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience within a Government sector or a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale healthcare or community welfare projects.
Salary and Benefits
