• GATE 2025 Score: Candidates must possess a valid score from the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 in their respective engineering paper (CE for Civil, EE for Electrical, ME for Mechanical).
• Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 28 years as of the application closing date. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government of India norms.

Salary and Benefits

SAIL offers a competitive remuneration package. The detailed structure is as follows:

• During Training: As a Management Trainee, you will receive a basic pay of ₹50,000/- per month in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/-.
• After Confirmation: Upon successful completion of training, you will be appointed as an Assistant Manager in the E-1 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/-.
• The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) after confirmation will be ₹16 Lakhs per annum.
• Other Benefits: In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Facility for self and family, and other allowances as per company rules.
