Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be Civil Engineering officers from the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), Central/State Government, Indian Railways, UTs, PSUs, or other Statutory Authorities.
- For Joint General Manager (JGM): Minimum 10 years of Group ‘A’ service, currently serving in an analogous post or in Pay Level-12/11.
- For Deputy General Manager (DGM): Minimum 6 years of relevant service, currently serving in an analogous post or in Pay Level-11/10.
- The age of the applicant must be between 21 and 62 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in land management, estate development, and real estate monetization.
- Thorough understanding of government tendering protocols and contract administration.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidates will be compensated according to the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, along with other benefits as per deputation rules.

Deputy General Manager (DGM – Civil): Pay Level-12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200 per month).
