Job Summary

Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES) invites applications for 18 Engineering Professional, Assistant Manager, and Deputy General Manager positions in Delhi. This recruitment drive is open to candidates with B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma qualifications. Applications are open from 27 June 2025 to 27 July 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Professionals:
  • Execute civil engineering projects for railway infrastructure.
  • Conduct technical audits and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and cost estimates.
• Assistant Managers:
  • Oversee project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Deputy General Managers:
  • Lead high-value infrastructure projects.
  • Develop strategic plans for technical service delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and manage stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications

• Education:
  • B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering (for Engineering Professional/Manager roles).
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (for technical support roles).
• Age Limit:
  • Minimum: 32 years | Maximum: 41 years (relaxation per RITES norms).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in railway infrastructure projects or public sector undertakings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or other engineering design tools.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: ₹75,000 – ₹90,000 per month.
