Key Responsibilities
- Execute animal cell culture experiments with precision and adherence to established protocols.
- Perform core molecular biology techniques, including Western Blotting and Real-Time PCR (RT-PCR).
- Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data meticulously.
- Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records of all procedures and results.
- Assist the Principal Investigator with various tasks related to the research project.
- Prepare reagents, manage lab inventory, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
Required Qualifications
- An M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Zoology, Biochemistry, or Applied Biology with a score of 60% or higher.
- A mandatory minimum of six (6) months of hands-on research experience in a laboratory setting.
- Proven proficiency in animal cell culture techniques.
- Demonstrable experience with basic molecular biology methods, specifically Western Blot and RT-PCR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior research experience related to Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) or cancer biology.
