Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical consultations and treatment to the employees and other eligible beneficiaries at the Bank’s dispensary in Jammu.
- Handle day-to-day medical emergencies and offer immediate first aid.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential medical records for all patients.
- Advise the management on general health, sanitation, and preventative healthcare measures.
- Check medical reimbursement claims and provide certification as required.
- Coordinate with local hospitals for referrals and specialized treatments when necessary.
Required Qualifications

- A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification experience practicing as a Medical Practitioner in any hospital or clinic.
- The applicant’s clinic or residence should be located within a 10-15 km radius of the Bank’s dispensary in Jammu.

- A Post-Graduate degree in General Medicine is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working as a medical consultant for a corporate entity, public sector undertaking (PSU), or financial institution.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will be engaged on a contractual basis with a fixed hourly remuneration. The compensation structure includes:
- Hourly Pay: ₹1,000/- per hour.
