Key Responsibilities

• Nursing Superintendent: Provide comprehensive patient care, administer medications, manage nursing staff, and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Qualifications

• Educational & Professional Criteria:
  • Nursing Superintendent: Certificate as a Registered Nurse & Midwife (GNM) with a 3-year course, OR a B.Sc in Nursing.
  • Pharmacist Gr.III: 10+2 in Science plus a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) OR a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm). Must be registered as a Pharmacist.
  • Health & Malaria Inspector Gr.III: B.Sc. with Chemistry as a main or optional subject.
  • Radiographer: 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry, plus a Diploma in Radiography / X-Ray Technician / Radiodiagnosis Technology.
  • ECG Technician: 10+2 / Graduate in Science with a Certificate/Diploma in ECG Laboratory Technology or Cardiology.
  • Dialysis Technician: B.Sc. plus a Diploma in Haemodialysis.
• Age Limit:
  • Nursing Superintendent: 20 to 40 years.
  • All Other Posts: 18 to 33 years.
  • Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per official government norms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a railway, government, or public sector hospital.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems and digital record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.

Salary & Benefits

Successful candidates will be engaged on a full-time contract basis with a competitive remuneration package. The pay scale is based on the official Pay Matrix, ranging from Level-4 to Level-7, with a monthly salary of approximately ₹25,500 to ₹44,900 per month. The package includes Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other allowances as applicable for the post and location.
