Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field research and data collection in rural Haryana for the study on chronic kidney disease.
- Perform statistical analysis using tools like SPSS, R, or STATA to interpret research findings.
- Draft research proposals, reports, and scientific publications for peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and ICMR protocols during research activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Science, Life Science, Public Health, Biostatistics, or Epidemiology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of research experience in public health, epidemiological studies, or related fields.
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/R/STATA) and data analysis.
- Strong scientific writing skills with prior publications or reports.
- Age limit: Not exceeding 40 years (as of May 25, 2024).
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in community-based health research or chronic disease studies.
- Knowledge of ICMR-funded project workflows and compliance.
- Fieldwork experience in rural health settings.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: Rs. 67,000/- + 18% HRA (Total Rs. 79,060/-).
