Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Investigator in the “HALT-IT” clinical research project.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible patients into the study as per the protocol.
- Monitor patients, administer treatments, and collect clinical data accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records and trial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all trial protocols, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with the clinical team and other departments for smooth project execution.
- Report any adverse events or protocol deviations to the project lead promptly.
Required Qualifications
- A Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery (GNM) or an equivalent qualification. Alternatively, a B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be a registered nurse or ANM with any State Nursing Council in India.
- The candidate’s age must not exceed 30 years as of the date of the interview.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a clinical research project or a similar setting.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of ₹20,000 per month. In addition to the fixed pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per the prevailing ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research) norms. This is a temporary, project-based position.
