Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and skin punctures to collect blood samples from patients accurately and safely.
• Adhere strictly to patient identification protocols to prevent sample mix-ups.
• Label all collected specimens with the correct patient information and required details.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a sterile environment and prevent infections.
• Process and prepare blood samples for laboratory analysis and testing.

Required Qualifications

• Must have passed the 10th Standard (SSC) examination.
• Must hold a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institution.
• The candidate’s age must be 30 years or younger as of the interview date.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience as a phlebotomist or in a related laboratory role is highly desirable.
