Key Responsibilities
- Assistant Diesel Mechanic: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel engines and associated equipment. Ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Mechanical Supervisor: Oversee mechanical operations, supervise a team of technicians, and ensure that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and according to specifications.
- Assistant Fitter: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. Follow blueprints and technical diagrams for precise fitting and assembly.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and time spent.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Operate and maintain relevant machinery and tools safely and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 Years.
- Maximum age limit of 45 Years (Age relaxation as per Organization’s norms).
- Completed 10th Pass.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in relevant mechanical trades is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specific certifications in Diesel Mechanics or Fitter trades.
- Previous experience working in the oil and gas industry.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in industrial environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Salary & Benefits
Minimum Salary: Rs. 50,000/- per month
Maximum Salary: Rs. 65,000/- per month
