Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead all operational aspects of the AIC T-Hub@NITW, including team leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and full P&L responsibility.
• Drive robust fundraising initiatives by cultivating relationships with Venture Capital firms, Angel Investors, government bodies, and corporate partners.
• Formulate and execute innovative strategies to attract high-potential startups and build a dynamic, self-sustaining innovation ecosystem.
• Provide expert, high-level mentorship to incubated startups on business strategy, technology commercialization, and investment readiness.
• Manage and nurture critical stakeholder relationships with NIT Warangal, NITI Aayog, industry leaders, and investors.
• Oversee all governance and compliance requirements for the Section 8 company, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Represent the incubator at national and international forums to enhance its visibility and network.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech).
• A full-time Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed Institution or University.
• A minimum of 5 years of overall professional work experience.
• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience within the startup, innovation, or entrepreneurship domain.
• Age must be preferably less than 50 years as of the application’s closing date.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading a Technology Business Incubator (TBI) or working with venture capital firms.
• Proven track record in successful fundraising and managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) unit.
• Experience collaborating with government organizations such as NITI Aayog or the Atal Innovation Mission.

Salary and Benefits
