Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive literature surveys to stay updated with advancements in smart materials and morphing wing technology.
- Assist in the design, setup, and execution of experiments related to material actuation and aerodynamic testing.

Required Qualifications
- For M.E./M.Tech Candidates: A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, CAD/CAM/CIM, Mechatronics, Industrial Metallurgy, or Welding Engineering.
- For B.E./B.Tech Candidates: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with a valid GATE score.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 28 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior research experience or a strong understanding of smart materials like shape memory alloys or piezoelectric materials.
- Familiarity with aerodynamic principles and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software.
- Hands-on experience with material characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, XRD).
- Proven ability to document research findings and a track record of publications in relevant journals.
