Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field data collection with precision, ensuring the integrity and quality of research information.

  • Maintain systematic and detailed documentation of all project activities, participant interactions, and data.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating caregiver training programs as per the project’s requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or an M.Sc in Psychology / Clinical Psychology from a recognized university.
  • The candidate’s age must not exceed 45 years as of the interview date.
  • Fluency in both Kannada and English is essential for effective communication with local communities and the research team.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage fieldwork and interact with diverse groups.
  • Basic proficiency in data management and computer applications (MS Office).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in community-based research projects.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with children who have developmental disabilities, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Proven skills in qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of ₹30,000 per month. This is a contractual position, initially for one year, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and individual performance.
