Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project activities at the field level, ensuring adherence to research protocols.
- Supervise and train field staff, oversee data collection, and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Conduct scientific analysis, assist in preparing detailed project reports, and contribute to research publications.
- Liaise with local health authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Manage project resources, including logistics and finances, at the site level.
- Ensure timely reporting of project progress and challenges to the principal investigator.
- Participate in the ethical conduct of research, ensuring participant confidentiality and informed consent.
Required Qualifications
- Project Scientist-B (Medical): First-class MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS degree from a recognized university.
- Field Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age.
- Age Relaxation: Applicable for reserved categories as per the Government of India norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in conducting field-based health research or clinical trials.
