Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine healthcare quality standards, benchmarks, and effective measurement systems.
  • Design and conduct capacity-building workshops and training sessions for public health professionals nationwide.
  • Undertake field visits to monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist senior officials in formulating evidence-based health policies and strategic plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other official documents for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various government departments and development partners to ensure program alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS) or a relevant postgraduate degree like an MD.
  • A Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Public Health, Health Administration, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
  • Minimum of one to two years of professional experience in public health or health systems strengthening after post-graduation.
  • The age of the applicant must be between 21 and 32 years.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working on healthcare quality improvement (QI) projects or with quality assurance standards like NQAS.
  • Familiarity with the operational framework of the National Health Mission (NHM).
  • Strong skills in data analysis, documentation, and report writing.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a competitive consolidated salary ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹1,20,000 per month. The final remuneration will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process.
