Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the screening and recruitment of study participants for the research project.
• Perform sample collection, processing, and storage according to established protocols.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all research activities and data entry.
• Coordinate with the principal investigator, clinical staff, and other team members.
• Ensure all laboratory procedures and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
• Help prepare project documentation and reports as required by the research team.
• Manage and organize laboratory supplies and equipment for the project.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Must have completed 12th in science subjects, a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), or any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized board or university.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
• Note: Age relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government of India norms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a clinical research setting or a medical laboratory.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a competitive monthly salary based on their qualifications and the post they are selected for.

• Project Technical Support II: ₹20,000/- per month + HRA
• Project Technical Support III: ₹28,000/- per month + HRA

This is a consolidated salary for a contractual position for the duration of the research project.
