Job Summary
Krishi Vigyan Kendra Nanded (KVK Nanded), a government agricultural research center affiliated with VNMKV Parbhani, invites applications for the permanent position of Driver (वाहन चालक). This is a full-time opportunity for 10th pass candidates with an LMV license and 3+ years of driving experience. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) for official duties.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and address minor mechanical repairs.
- Ensure timely transportation of staff, equipment, and agricultural materials.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and organizational safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Education: 10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
- License: Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of motor mechanisms and minor repairs.
- Age Limit: 18–30 years as of 01.01.2025 (relaxation for reserved categories per government norms).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in government or agricultural sectors.
- Familiarity with rural road conditions in Maharashtra.
- Additional certification in vehicle maintenance.
