Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of structural steel fabrication and erection projects.
- Direct the end-to-end execution of complex civil and structural works within the plant.
- Lead the entire tendering process, from document preparation and floating tenders to bid evaluation.
- Develop precise project estimations, cost analyses, and detailed bills of quantities.
- Handle contractor billing, verification of claims, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Provide expert technical guidance and solutions for all civil engineering challenges on-site.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, quality norms, and project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- A full-time B.E. / B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Indian university or institute.
- A minimum of 25 years of post-qualification experience working in a Civil Department.
- Comprehensive expertise in structural steel works, project execution, estimation, and billing.
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 62 years as of 30.04.2024.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) or a Government Sector organization is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹60,000/-. As this is a contractual position, other benefits will be provided as per the prevailing norms of KIOCL Limited for contract-based employees.
