Key Responsibilities
- Conduct original research focused on the design and development of power electronics converters.
- Perform detailed system simulations using software like MATLAB/Simulink and PSIM.
- Engage in the practical design of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and the implementation of hardware prototypes.
- Work with advanced control platforms and tools such as dSPACE and FPGA.
- Collaborate effectively with the Principal Investigator and other research team members to meet project milestones.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations based on project findings.
- Assist in the maintenance and operation of the research laboratory equipment.
Required Qualifications
- M.Tech/M.E. degree in Power Electronics, Power Electronics and Drives, Power Systems, or a relevant specialization in Electrical Engineering with at least 65% marks or a 7.0 CGPA.
- OR
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering coupled with a valid GATE score.
- Strong foundational knowledge of power electronics and electrical engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience with the design and testing of power electronics converters.
- Proficiency in using simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink or PSIM for research.

Salary and Benefits
The selected Junior Research Fellow will receive a consolidated monthly stipend structured as follows:
First Two Years: ₹37,000 per month
Third Year: ₹42,000 per month
