Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to stay updated with the latest advancements in deep learning and NLP for cyberbullying detection.
- Develop, train, and test machine learning and deep learning models for social media data analysis.
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and pre-processing large datasets for the research project.
- Collaborate with the Principal Investigator to document research findings and prepare manuscripts for publication in reputable journals and conferences.
- Participate in project meetings, present progress reports, and contribute to the overall project goals.
- Manage and maintain the project’s technical documentation and codebase.
Required Qualifications
- An M.E./ M.Tech/ M.S. degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT).
- OR a B.E./ B.Tech degree in CSE/IT with a valid GATE score.
- Age limit: Must not exceed 45 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL).
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
- Prior experience with Social Media Analytics.
Salary and Benefits
The selected Junior Research Fellow will receive a consolidated fellowship of ₹37,000 per month. In addition, House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per the prevailing SERB norms.
