- Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or a Class 1 Nursing Assistant Course (from Armed Forces) with five years of experience.
- Dental Hygienist/Assistant: Diploma in Dental Hygienist or a Class 1 DH/DORA Course (from Armed Forces) with five years of experience.
- Driver: Must have passed 8th Class and possess a Class 1 Driver MT certificate (from Armed Forces) with a valid civil driving license and five years of experience.
- Female Attendant: Must be literate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Chowkidar: Should have passed 8th Class or be of GD Trade for Armed Forces Personnel, with at least five years of experience.

- Prior work experience in a government, military, or ECHS healthcare facility.
