- Stenographer Grade-III: Record court proceedings and dictations using shorthand at a minimum speed of 80 words per minute and transcribe them into typewritten format.
- Salaried Amin: Execute tasks related to revenue inspection, conduct field measurements, prepare reports, and assist in legal and administrative processes as required by the court.
Required Qualifications
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 32 years of age. (Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms).
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed at least the +2 Examination (or equivalent to 12th Class) from a recognized council, board, or university.
- Computer Skills: Must possess a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
- Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. School standard.
- Post-Specific Skill Requirements:
- For Junior Typist: A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English Typewriting is required.
- For Stenographer Grade-III: A minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in English Typewriting is required.
- For Salaried Amin: Must have passed the revenue inspector training from a recognized institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a government office or legal environment.

Salary & Benefits
Successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary based on the Government of Odisha pay matrix.
- Stenographer Grade-III: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 per month (Level-7)
- Salaried Amin: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 per month (Level-5)
- Junior Clerk-Copyist: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 per month (Level-4)
- Junior Typist: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 per month (Level-4)
