Key Responsibilities
- Design and simulate semiconductor devices using advanced tools like Sentaurus TCAD.
- Perform layout design and simulation of radio-frequency (RF) circuits.
- Contribute directly to the project’s goal of developing Si/SiGe HBT based mm-wave power amplifiers.
- Collaborate with the research team and the Principal Investigator to achieve project milestones.

Required Qualifications
- A Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Electronics or Physics.
- OR a three-year Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Prior experience in the design and fabrication of semiconductor devices.
- Demonstrable proficiency with device simulation software, particularly Sentaurus TCAD.
