Key Responsibilities
- Collect clinical data and samples as per the project protocol.
- Screen and enroll eligible patients for the research study.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities and findings.
- Assist senior researchers and project heads with data analysis and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and institutional regulations.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure the smooth execution of project milestones.
- Manage project-related logistics and documentation as required.
Required Qualifications
- For Research Assistant (01 Post): A Master’s degree in a relevant subject OR a Graduate degree in Science/relevant subjects from a recognized university with at least 3 years of work experience.
- For Field Investigator (02 Posts): B.Sc. in Nursing, B.Pharma, B.Sc. in Life Science, or a Graduate degree in any stream.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 35 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a medical research project or a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in using data entry and analysis software (e.g., MS Excel, SPSS).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and staff.
Salary and Benefits
The positions offer a competitive, fixed monthly stipend as per project guidelines.
- Research Assistant: ₹35,000 per month (fixed).
- Field Investigator: ₹25,000 per month (fixed).
This is a temporary, project-based appointment, and benefits will be governed by the norms of the sponsoring agency and IGIMS.
