Key Responsibilities
For All Roles:
- Assist in departmental operations and project coordination.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
Role-Specific Duties:
- Medical/Clinical Trainee: Support clinical operations, patient data management, and diagnostic processes. Medical/Clinical Trainee
- Legal Trainee: Assist in drafting legal documents, compliance checks, and case research.
- IT/Computer Science Trainee: Provide technical support, troubleshoot systems, and assist in software development. IT/Computer Science Trainee
- Project Associate (Pharma/Science): Coordinate research projects, manage lab operations, and compile reports. Project Associate (Pharma/Science)
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- Medical/Clinical Trainee: MBBS/BDS/MD/MS/DNB or BAMS/BHMS/BUMS.
- Legal Trainee: LLB/LLM.
- IT/Computer Science Trainee: B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS), MCA, or M.Sc (IT/CS).
- Project Associate (Pharma/Science): B.Pharm/M.Pharm or M.Sc/B.Sc (Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Clinical Research).
Additional Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience (for Project Associate roles).
- Age limit: Up to 30 years (Trainee) or 35 years (Project Associate).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in relevant fields.
- Certifications in domain-specific skills (e.g., Clinical Research, IT Networking).
- Proficiency in regional languages (Telugu/Malayalam) for location-specific roles.
