Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and technical staff with ongoing projects and daily tasks.

Required Qualifications
- A full-time B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized Indian university.
- Candidates must have passed their degree or diploma in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
- Must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) 2.0 portal (`nats.education.gov.in`).
- Candidates should not have any prior work experience of one year or more.
- Age and physical fitness must meet the standards defined under the Apprenticeship Rules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong academic record with a first-class or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

Salary and Benefits
As an apprentice, you will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Graduate Apprentices (B.E./B.Tech): ₹9,000 per month
- Diploma (Technician) Apprentices: ₹8,000 per month
